General Hospital spoilers reveals Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has found herself in a bit of a pickle, as usual. She didn’t listen to what she was told, and now she’s got a mess to clean up. Alexis knows she’s already put herself in harm’s way by provoking The Hook. The letter that the killer sent to Alexis was intended to shut her up.
That’s not how Alexis operates though. Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) knew that, and she bribed Alexis into sitting tight and not publishing the letter The Hook sent her in exchange for her promise that The Invader would be given an exclusive on The Hook at a later date. Well, Alexis grew tired of waiting for that interview with Jordan. She’s publishing the letter, and she’s ready to take whatever comes after as a result of it. Still, she knows she’s going to need some help — and that’s where she hopes Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will come in.
General Hospital Spoilers — Can Curtis Help?
What does Alexis need Curtis’ help with? It’s most likely a call for help with the investigation into The Hook. Curtis has experience with this kind of thing, and he’s worked with law enforcement as well. He understands the ins and outs of the law and how the evidence must be collected and reported to the PCPD. Of course, Curtis used to be a private investigator, so it makes sense that he would be a great choice for her to reach out to. However, Alexis knows another private eye — her own daughter, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). Why wouldn’t she call on her?
GH Spoilers Tease Sam Can’t Help?
There are a couple of reasons Alexis might not want to bother Sam with this task. She’s overwhelmed with cases, so much so that she’s had to give some of them over to Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner). She’s also pretty busy with her personal life these days creating a home with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).
Of course, Dante is working on The Hook case, and he and Alexis have already butt heads a few times over evidence and how much Alexis has published that probably shouldn’t have been. So Sam probably doesn’t want to be in the middle of this particular adventure Alexis is taking against Jordan’s advice, and to be honest, she wouldn’t ask to be.
General Hospital Spoilers — Someone Else is On Board
Alexis and Curtis won’t be the only two people working this case though. We can expect Alexis to continue cozying up to Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison). He’s come around to her point of view, although he’s still cautious about what they might be getting into. Alexis is going to do this without or without his help; so she figures it’s only best to have another person on board thinking through every step and helping her strategize.
