General Hospital spoilers for the week of December 5 reveal that another must-see moment revolves around Esme. It is teased that Liz will stand her ground with Esme. So, Liz probably lectures Esme about taking care of herself.
Of course, Liz might suspect that Esme is just pretending to put her baby in danger. After all, Esme did stash some prenatal vitamins.

Fans can also expect Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) to interrogate Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). Finn will also make a desperate plea to Liz. However, expect Finn’s day to get worse when he makes a shocking discovery. How will he deal with that situation? Could there be unforeseen consequences?
It is also confirmed that Sonny will put Dex on notice. So, this most likely has to do with Dex’s dynamic with Josslyn. However, will Dex listen to Sonny or continue to get closer to Josslyn?
