Sharing a short clip from his YouTube series, State of Mind, the handsome actor captioned it with, “I recently watched two documentaries (Audrie and Daisy (Netflix); Crying Out (HBO)) and felt the overwhelming need to talk about them and sexual assault on State Of Mind (YouTube link in bio).”
Knowing that this kind of sensitive topic might not be for everyone, Maurice added, “I understand that this topic may be triggering for some, so please watch at your own discretion.”
Of course, it didn’t take very long for his fans and followers to comment on his clip. A lot of General Hospital fans applauded Maurice for talking about something that not a lot of actors of his caliber would talk so openly about. For Maurice, he knows that the best way to overcome challenges or difficulties is to speak up about it.
