He wants to impress Trina Robinson (Sydney Makayla). Spencer came back to Port Charles to reconnect with his father Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and his grandmother Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis). Spencer wanted to get back in touch with his friends Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) as well. He wants Cameron and Joss to come to his party.

Joss has believed that she does not have to worry about her mother Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) taking over the mafia organization that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) ran. Joss and Cameron are going to the party but may find themselves in trouble if Vincent decides to go after them to send a message to Carly. Cameron will want to protect Joss. He and Joss have been friends for many years. They have been through many difficult times together. Cameron and Joss have admitted to each other that they want to be more than friends. Cameron and Joss may be brought closer together if Vincent decides to try to harm Joss in some way to cause trouble for Carly.

Spencer does not know that Ava and Nikolas may be in real danger from Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom). Ryan is obsessed with Ava and wants to get her for himself. Ryan has been pretending to be in a catatonic state. Ryan may believe that he should target Trina. She is close friends with Ava. Spencer may need to keep Trina safe from Ryan. Trina and Spencer could find that they start to want to become more than friends if they find themselves in danger from Ryan.
