General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) does not know who he wants to be with. Spencer came back to Port Charles in order to reconnect with his father Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and his grandmother Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis). Spencer had stayed away from Port Charles because he was upset that Nikolas was married to Ava Jerome-Cassadine (Maura West).
Spencer has been involved in some part with stalking Ava and Nikolas. Spencer held a party at Wyndemere Castle for his friends Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla), Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), and Cameron Webber (William Lipton). The party ended badly because Nikolas wanted to expose Spencer as the the stalker who has been coming after him and Ava. However, Spencer was able to get out of the situation because his girlfriend Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) helped him.

Spencer was grateful that Esme was able to keep everyone from finding out that he was really Nikolas and Ava’s stalker. Esme set Ava’s car on fire at General Hospital while Spencer and many others were at Wyndemere Castle. Spencer is happy that Esme has come to Port Charles and wants to find a place where she can stay. Esme wants to get to know Spencer’s friends.
General Hospital Spoilers: Spencer and Trina Robinson
Spencer had been spending time with Trina before Esme came to Port Charles. He has gotten close to her over time. Spencer helped Trina to deal with a problem that she was having with her mother Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). Trina has been trying to get Spencer to accept Ava being with Nikolas. Trina was with Spencer when Nikolas attacked him with a fake knife in order to scare him.
Nikolas believed that he could scare Spencer in order to stop him from stalking Ava. However, Laura and her husband Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) came to the party in order to find a way to keep Nikolas from putting his plan in motion. Spencer was upset with Nikolas for attacking him. Trina offered her support of Spencer until Esme arrived at the party. Trina was upset that Spencer did not let her know that he was in a relationship.

General Hospital Spencer has a problem because he has come to care about Trina. Spencer thought that he wanted to be with Esme. She has been helping him deal with Nikolas being with Ava.
