General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan Tries To Stop Carly Corinthos From Confessing All

General Hospital viewers will recall that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Carly confessed their romantic love for one another prior to their wedding. Longtime General Hospital viewers will recall that Jason and Carly were in love before Sonny even came to town, and Carly broke Jason’s heart when she dumped him for Sonny! But Jason went into a self-imposed denial about his feelings for Carly back then, although the two remained best friends – complete with Sonny in the mix! Carly buried her feelings for Jason under her feelings for Sonny and a succession of others, although she bounced back to Sonny several times. She had admitted to Jason that her old feelings for him were coming back! Carly will feel like Sonny needs to know this, and Jason will try to stop her from doing something she might regret – it may do more harm than good!

General Hospital Updates – Carly Corinthos Does Talk To Britt Westbourne About Her And Jason Morgan

General Hospital viewers will recall that Carly does talk to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) about her and Jason’s marriage and that it was going to be real, “with all the bells and whistles!” Britt really doesn’t care at this point; she knows that Sonny is alive and Carly and Jason’s marriage is invalid. That doesn’t mean she’s automatically going to try to pick up with Jason where they left off, because Jason’s sudden decision to marry Carly really hurt Britt bad! Carly was trying to explain in one breath that it was a business situation but then it became more, which was too much information for Britt!

Carly had not yet told Sonny about this, and Jason thinks it best he doesn’t. But an interested party may overhear Britt and Carly’s conversation and tell Sonny for her – General Hospital viewers can guess that could be Britt’s cousin, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Just coming off being rejected by many of her friends for her withholding Sonny’s survival, she may feel it important for Sonny to know!

Sonny Corinthos Knew Of The Business Arrangement, Not The Feelings!

General Hospital viewers will recall that Sonny walked in on Jason and Carly in the master bedroom of the Corinthos compound, but didn’t seem to think much about Jason being in there. Carly fainted, and the two of them were still in their wedding wear. Jason brought Sonny up to speed on the wedding and the reasons for it, the business arrangement, and Carly having to step in as head mobstress in the Five Families meeting. But neither Jason nor Carly told Sonny about their having any romantic feelings for each other! At the point when Carly left Jason for Sonny all those years ago, Sonny may not have even known that the two had ever been romantically involved! So for Sonny to hear it from anyone except either Jason or Carly, he’s going to be upset! Sonny will confront Jason before he talks to Carly, and he’ll want to know if what he heard is true – after all, he knew that Jason had to break up with Britt so he could marry Carly!
