General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Should Phyllis Stop Being So Pushy With Sonny and Nina?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) is still pushing Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) to ask out Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). However, Phyllis knows that Sonny has a life outside of Nixon Falls. Is Phyllis pushing them too hard?
Phyllis Is Enabling Nina
General Hospital’s Nina knows Sonny has a family in Port Charles waiting for him. Nina could take Sonny home at any time. However, Nina chooses to keep quiet and continue to pursue a relationship with Sonny. Nina knows that this is unfair but she wants to be with Sonny and is using his amnesia to hold onto him. Sonny’s wife is about to marry another man and Nina doesn’t care.
All Nina is worried about is protecting her relationship with “Mike” who she knows is Sonny. Instead of being a noble person, Nina continues to lie. However, now Peter August (Wes Ramsey) knows the truth. However, Phyllis has forbidden Sonny from pushing Peter any more than he already has. Phyllis is making a huge mistake, she just does not see that.
Sonny Senses That Something Is Off
General Hospital’s Sonny knows that something is off with Peter. Sonny knows that Peter is pressuring Nina and Phyllis thinks Sonny is being jealous and not overprotective. However, Sonny is a very good judge of character and is spot on with Peter. Instead of listening to Sonny’s concerns, Phyllis is pushing him toward Nina. Phyllis has no idea about Sonny’s life, however, Nina could change that all. Will Sonny remember after seeing Peter and go back to his old life? Is it time for Sonny to go home?
Phyllis Means Well But Doesn’t Have All The Facts
General Hospital’s Phyllis means well but she has no idea what is going on in Nina’s head. Phyllis would never willingly push someone to break up a marriage, especially one like Sonny and Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright). Sonny and Carly have a huge amount of history together and would be together now if he knew his identity. However, Phyllis is rushing Sonny to chose to be with Nina when he knows that something does not feel right. Sonny had no moved forward because he needs time. Will Sonny move on with Nina after all or will he learn the truth?
Understandably, Phyllis wants her friends to be happy. However, it is unfair to push Sonny to make a play on Nina when he knows something feels off. When will Phyllis back down? Will Sonny ever be reunited with his family in Port Charles?
