General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will soon have a fairly stern message for Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) has barely been in prison for a month and already, another one of the five families, the Novak’s, believe that now is the time for them to force the Corinthos family out and take over Port Charles for themselves. So far, there hasn’t been much of an escalation from either side. But it will soon enough
General Hospital Spoilers – Mayor Laura Collins will get involved if the violence escalates!
Carly and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) have put plans in motion to present a united front because ever since Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) has gone missing, both Carly and Jason have given orders and made major decisions which has led to speculation that no one is actually in charge.
So Jason and Carly have announced their engagement and will be married as soon as possible. But Joey Novak (Patrick Zeller) has been throwing his weight around at the Metro Court, and made it a point to let Carly know that neither she nor her family are safe.
GH Spoilers – Joey Novak is eager to throw his weight around.
Usually, when one family plots an attack they make sure that the other family is occupied. Family events like weddings or holidays are the most likely to lead to violence. Property damage can likely be quite extensive during these attacks which will of course bring the Mayor to issue a warning. Either the escalations stop, or the authorities will hit both sides until the city is safe. Laura has known both Carly and Jason for years, but she will come down on them just as hard as the Novak’s if the peace isn’t restored.
