A happy nuclear family all in the same place — her home. Even if it doesn’t include him, he knows he holds a place in her heart. But Curtis and Portia could give Trina the happy home that he and Portia failed to. When he learns that Jordan has been messing around with Curtis and stands to jeopardize everything, he’s not going to take that lightly.

Jordan doesn’t generally accept unfounded attacks, but she’s not going to bother with pretending she wasn’t interested in rekindling something with her ex-husband. That being said, she told him she’s moving on and letting him go. Convincing Marcus of that convenient excuse is going to be a challenge though. He might consider marching his behind right over to Portia’s and telling her himself, but she deserves to hear it from the woman who is pretending to be her friend and ally, doesn’t she?

Marcus knows Jordan well and he’s not going to let her off the hook until she tells Portia the truth.
