General Hospital (GH) spoilers and rumors tease that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) may have made an even worse mistake than she thought in recent GH episodes! She committed insider trading crimes when she sold her half of the Metro Court to buy Aurora stocks, but who IS “Stillwater Investments”?!

General Hospital Spoilers – Who Owns “Stillwater Investments?”

It’s bad enough that she committed an insider trading crime when she put up half of the Metro Court to buy Aurora Media stocks! Her investment firm, “Stillwater Investments” who she sold to will sell it back to her within thirty days, but who owns it and pulls the strings? Could she have put half of her hotel in the hands of Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) who put a stop to the merger?

Valentin has his hands in at least two businesses; ELQ and Deception Cosmetics-might he is the person behind Carly’s investment firm she used as well? Viewers will remember Valentin had to scramble to get a living after Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) returned alive and reclaimed Cassadine Industries and Wyndemere.

General Hospital Updates – Thanks To Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s Fraud Valentin Cassadine Owns Part Of ELQ

When Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) reappeared, revealing himself as Valentin’s birth father, Valentin had the last laugh on Nikolas – he’s still a Cassadine; just not his uncle. Since Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) fraud, using a fake pregnancy to get ELQ stocks back from Valentin, he still owns part of ELQ. Valentin used his ELQ earnings wisely, investing in Deception Cosmetics but there’s a good chance he bought into more companies, and he may now be part-owner in Victor’s companies as well. There’s a good chance that he might now own an investment company, having learned the ropes of the business world while he’s been CEO of ELQ. After all, Deception Cosmetics recently went public with a very successful IPO, meaning “initial public offering”!

General Hospital Spoilers – Valentin Cassadine  May Have Had Himself More Financially Covered Than He Claimed

There is a good chance that even though Valentin worried Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth)  they both would be out of a job if the merger went through he exaggerated. Valentin doesn’t take risks if he can help it and he probably has himself more financially covered than he claimed. He was able to afford to send his daughter, Charlotte Cassadine (Amelie McClain) to an expensive boarding school and he has her future in mind and at heart.

He would have enough money to have purchased another company with the money he’s been making from ELQ and Deception Cosmetics and it may be Stillwater Investments! This would mean when Carly bought all that stock in Aurora Media to make the merger go through, if she can’t get it back then Valentin can sell the hotel!

Valentin Cassadine Would Have Been Covered Either Way

If Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and Ned hadn’t voted to keep Valentin as CEO of ELQ he still would have been financially covered either way. He would have made money on the hotel stocks which he’s holding for thirty days plus money if he sells or retains half of the Metro Court!

He wouldn’t have been in the poorhouse if the merger had gone through, and he’s still making money from Deception Cosmetics. And if Victor is any kind of father, he’d help his son out if things had gone south!
