General Hospital (GH) spoilers and rumors tease that Dr. Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) may be the one who helped Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) fake the paternity test between him and “Bailey Lois Quartermaine” (Harper and Scarlett Bloom) and it will be revealed in upcoming episodes of General Hospital!

General Hospital viewers know that Chase, who recently told Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) he is “Bailey’s” birth father, also told them he had a DNA test to prove it! General Hospital viewers know that if Chase told his older brother Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) that “Bailey” is really Louise August (Harper and Scarlett Bloom) and she was being hidden in plain sight, Finn would have likely helped him with the fake paternity test without question. However, Chase will give Finn some news that surprises him, and that is probably about his being the baby’s birth father. One very good reason for Chase not to involve Finn is to protect him from Peter August (Wes Ramsey), and besides, Finn would worry over Chase’s involvement as well, considering it was Peter’s poison intended for Finn that caused Chase to nearly die!
General Hospital Spoilers And Rumors – Austin Gatlin-Holt Owed Harrison Chase A Favor
However, General Hospital viewers will recall that Austin Gatlin-Holt owed Chase a favor – viewers will remember it was Chase who got into Edward Quartermaine’s (John Ingle) office at the Quartermaine mansion and found the letter from Edward to his attorney showing his intent to reinstate Jimmy Lee Holt’s (Steve Bond) inheritance in his will. Even though Austin didn’t go forward with the challenge because of Brook Lynn’s trickery, and his medical license was more important to him, he also delivered baby Louise and has a stake in keeping her safe!
Whether Chase told Austin his theory remains to be revealed! If it is revealed in future episodes of General Hospital that Chase told him his suspicions that Bailey is really Louise, Austin would keep the information to himself and help with the paternity test to keep Louise and her mother, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) safe from the evil Peter August!
General Hospital Spoilers And Rumors – Unfortunately, Peter August Survived And Is Headed To Port Charles
General Hospital viewers will recall that Peter was the apparent survivor in a gunfight between himself and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) in the tunnels of Cassadine Island. Peter was warned that gunshots could make the tunnels collapse over them by Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) but he didn’t care – Jason was forced to engage him when he started shooting to protect Liesl and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) as Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) stayed with them. Unfortunately, the tunnel caved in on top of Jason as Drew, Liesl, and Britt watched in horror – and Peter escaped! He will head to Port Charles with intentions to re-capture Liesl and force her to hypnotize Maxie into falling in love with him again! General Hospital viewers know that even though Maxie has plenty of security, Chase’s decision to protect Louise and Austin’s and even Valentin’s protection over Maxie will be a big help! Valentin will offer to help Maxie as well and that probably has to do with protection from Peter!
