General Hospital (GH) fans have sure been waiting a very long time for this. Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) has just announced that the band is back and by that we mean Port Chuck! Along with his bandmates Bradford Anderson, Brandon Barash and Steve Reeves, they are planning a very special comeback appearance for fans. Here’s what you need to know.

Sharing a short clip of some of the band’s highlights, Steve wrote on his Instagram account, “PORT CHUCK IS BACK for a SUMMER CONCERT online with some new songs! You can also help celebrate Steve’s Birthday! Join us for the concert and a Q&A after! Let’s party! It’s on Patreon! You can cancel anytime but check out everything we are doing on there!”
Of course, it didn’t take long for Steve’s fans and followers to comment on his post and announcement, as many of them are excited to see the band back together. Because of the ongoing pandemic that has been the coronavirus, many meet and greets and special appearances made by soap stars have been put on hold due to Covid-19. But now that more and more people are getting vaccinated, the good old days are coming back.
Some comments from excited fans included, “I just can’t get enough of Port Chuck and Q&A hang after. Happy Birthday Steve,” along with, “This is such great news. I’m already signed up and so excited I can hardly wait to see you guys again. Steve it’s going to be a party!”

If that weren’t enough, Steve and Bradford’s ‘Stone Cold and the Jackal’ comeback tour has also been a huge success. This has been the first time that the General Hospital co-stars and best friends were back on stage after the ongoing pandemic that has been the coronavirus canceled all of their plans last summer. With that said, we have a feeling that there is going to be even more excited news to share in the weeks and months to come. Watch this space!
