General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of April 4, 2022, show that Port Charles is overflowing with activity as people come and go, bringing the drama and the angst.

For starters, we can tell you that on Monday, April 4, look for Gregory Harrison to appear as Gregory Chase, father of Michael Easton’s Hamilton Finn, and Josh Swickard’s Harrison Chase. He will share scenes with those characters as well as Jophielle Love’s Violet Finn. No doubt Gregory will dispense some more of that famous homespun advice he is known for, and boy, could his kids use it!

On Tuesday, April 5 fans will see Hudson West and Enzo De Angelis as Nurse Elizabeth Webber-Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) sons, Jake and Aiden. What do you think GH fans, is Liz her own stalker? We, and she, now know that Jake is not the one who has been pulling fast ones on her. Who then is the Wiley Coyote pranking daytime’s favorite nurse?

And, just a reminder, that is daytime newbie Michael Blake Kruse who is playing PCPD cop Rory Cabrera.

It wouldn’t be the first time he has been shaken down, and it won’t be the last as long as he is in the nightclub biz.

GH fans should know that Nancy Lee Grahn will be temporarily replaced by Stephanie Erb. Grahn will be back after she recovers from back surgery. Erb previously portrayed Camille Owens on Port Charles and appeared on Days of our Lives and The Young and the Restless.

Speaking of Alexis, how long will it be before she discovers that her new roomie is an arm-stabbing murderer? It was just discovered that Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) was the one who poked Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan) with a syringe filled with dope, leading to his death. That was 14 months ago and the show is just now getting around to solving the puzzle, onscreen at least. Better late than never!
