General Hospital Spoilers: Gregory Wants To Know What Happened To Chase’s Daughter

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that family tensions will ramp up when Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) meet up for a family time with Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) in an upcoming episode of General Hospital. General Hospital viewers will recall that Chase stepped up as “Bailey Lois Quartermaine’s” (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt) “birth father while Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) was hiding Louise Jones, now known as Bailey Louise Jones in plain sight for Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). General Hospital viewers will remember this went on for months as they tried to keep Bailey Louise safe from her evil birth father Peter August, (Wes Ramsey) who finally met his end after Maxie’s mother Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) came to Maxie’s rescue in Switzerland.

Now that Peter is dead, of course Brook Lynn and Chase rather reluctantly returned baby Bailey to Maxie, although they are welcome to visit as often as they like. But when Chase and Violet arrive at the family get-together with Gregory and Finn, Gregory wants to know what happened to that baby granddaughter Chase said he had!

General Hospital Spoilers – Gregory Chase Is Still Very Sensitive To Family Lies

Even though as General Hospital viewers will remember, Finn and Gregory pulled together to save Chase’s life when Peter had tried to poison Finn and Chase got the wrong coffee cup, Greg is still very sensitive to family lies! General Hospital viewers will recall that Finn and Jackie Templeton’s (Kim Delaney) sordid secret they had held for years came out when Chase had been poisoned, and Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) altered a paternity test to show Finn was Chase’s father instead of Greg.

When Finn developed a remedy for the poison, it came out that Greg was Chase’s birth father anyway; but when Greg finds out he doesn’t have a granddaughter by his younger son, he becomes rather upset! He tries not to let on that anything’s wrong in front of Violet, however because he doesn’t want to ruin her fun day they’d planned; as for Jackie, Greg is still separated from her and she is probably off on another news gathering trip!

General Hospital Spoilers – Harrison Chase And Hamilton Finn Explain The Situation After Violet Finn Is Asleep

General Hospital viewers can understand, given all the family secrets and lies surrounding Finn’s one night stand with Jackie the night before she married Greg, that Greg remains sensitive to family secrets and lies. General Hospital viewers will recall that Jackie and Greg were already on shaky ground when the one night stand that could have, but didn’t, produce Chase was revealed, and they are still on the road to divorce, if it is not finalized by now.

Chase and Finn explain that Chase does not have a baby girl with Brook Lynn, and the baby was in danger from her birth father Peter – the same Peter that nearly killed Chase! They explain that now the danger is over and Peter August is dead, and how Brook Lynn hid her in plain sight for months, until Chase figured it out and stepped up as a birth father for Bailey Louise. Sometimes lies, although bad in  themselves, can bring good outcomes as in that case; and Greg understands even though he was looking forward to holding a baby granddaughter who doesn’t exist!
