General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Rebecca Herbst took to social media to clarify that she didn’t get fired from the sudser. The actress has been absent from the daytime drama for a month and fans have started to wonder if she’s still part of the show.
Herbst, who plays the role of Elizabeth Webber on the soap, dispelled the rumors about her absence. Fans were worried about her lack of airtime and many of them have started to speculate that perhaps she got sacked.
“[J]ust thought I’d shut down some rumors that have been circulating: I haven’t been fired. I’m not on vacation. I don’t have COVID. My kids don’t keep me from working,” Herbst wrote.
The actress was amused by the speculations of some of the fans. She found one that was so amusing as it said that she left the show because she had cramps. The actress didn’t reveal the reason why she hasn’t been around but it’s safe to say that she didn’t get fired from the soap.
Currently, the actress’ character is confined in a psychiatric care facility. Her alter ego is hoping to understand why she blacked out and stalked herself.
General Hospital Spoilers: Ned Grows Suspicious
Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will start to wonder if Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) made the right choice. He’ll wonder if it’s time for him to find a new stable hand. Ned starts to become suspicious of Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) after hearing the latter tell Comet the horse that this is just a temporary gig.
If asked, Cody may explain that he meant that he wants to own his own ranch in the future. But for now, he’s committed to doing the job he’s been hired to do. He’ll hope that he managed to convince Ned about his true intentions.
However, the latter will continue to become suspicious. Olivia may find Cody charming but Ned sees him differently. He believes he’s hiding something. Fans will just have to wait and see if Cody is indeed keeping a secret.
Victor Confronts Anna
As for Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), he’ll grill Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) about her true relationship with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). He starts grilling Anna after overhearing her on the phone as she digs into Valentin’s clinic story. Anna knows that Victor does shady deals and she’s also concerned about the mess that Valentine is currently facing.
