GH News: Scarlett Fernandez On The Mend After Suffering From Nasty Fall
General Hospital (GH) news says that Scarlett Fernandez (Charlotte Cassadine) is on the mend after she suffered from a very nasty fall on her bike that resulted in surgery, stitches and four broken molars. While it doesn’t look like she’s going to be on the canvas anytime soon, at least she’s got a smile back on her face. Here’s what you need to know.

Just last month Scarlett updated her social media accounts to let her fans know that she was hospitalized because of a bike crash. She had undergone surgery on both arms and also had stitches on her chin and spent a couple of days in the hospital.
Just this weekend Scarlett shared a new photo of herself with two casts on her arms. She captioned it with, “Good News! The doctor moved to short casts on Monday. Things are so much easier now. I can do things on my own!! Just in time for summer!”
Of course, it didn’t take long at all for her fans and her followers to respond to her post. Her former General Hospital co-star Ryan Paevey was probably just catching wind of the situation as he wrote, “Aww man what happened??? You okay love? Here if you guys need anything.”
General Hospital News: What’s Next for Scarlett?
Other fans wrote, “That’s wonderful to hear Sweetheart I am glad that you’re doing OK. And I can’t wait to see you back on General Hospital,” along with, “So glad to see you so much better. And that beautiful smile. Take care of yourself so we can see you back on Port Charles!”
While the good news is that Scarlett is on the mend, the bad news is that she’s not the only General Hospital cutie who ended up in the hospital in recent weeks. Her former co-star TK Weaver broke his foot. His parents shared a new photo of his injury on social media and while it doesn’t look like he will be running anytime soon he still looks like he’s in good spirits.
