General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint fans should expect the unexpected in the land of Port Charles. When news was announced that Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) was headed back to town, many fans thought that she would place a wedge between Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) and Eddie Maine (Wally Kurth).
After all, Lois fell in love with Ned Quartermaine’s alter ego long ago, and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) was the love child of their romance.
While Olivia and Ned were once a thing, the feisty owner of the Metro Court has caught some feelings for Eddie. Will Lois help bring these two together?

GH spoilers hint that while Lois can be fiery, she’s also a good woman with good intentions. She’s friends with Olivia, so there’s no way she’s come back to Port Chuckles to steal her man.
Cerullo seems “over” her past relationship with both Eddie and Ned; she’s here to bring peace and not create chaos.
Why else would she (somewhat) defend Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) to BLQ? Tracy went about her Deception scheme the wrong way, but she did have good intentions with Deception.
Maybe Ms. Q’s plan to blackmail Brookie into corporate espionage had more to do with gaining back that ELQ stock, but she is planning on giving the company shares to her granddaughter.
While Lois may not like Tracy, the last thing she wants to see is family not speaking to family.
GH Spoilers: Lois Could Play Cupid
Lois will likely bridge the gap between Brook Lynn and Tracy, so she may also play Cupid for Olivia and Eddie. The real Ned will probably resurface at some point; however, this love story between Olivia and Eddie is a beautiful one.
It’s almost like, no matter what happens to these two, even if alter egos pop up, their love is meant to be.
Falling in love with Eddie will solidify the Ne-Ol relationship, making it stronger for years to come. Olivia is holding back, as is Eddie, but with a little push and nudge from Ned’s ex-wife, will these two finally come together?
