General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease there’s a perfect solution to Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) and Lucy Coe’s (Lynn Herring) problem-if they can get Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) on board.
Lucy offered the job of Face of Deception to Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) and Tracy wanted to keep Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson)-why not keep Sasha and make Blaze the Voice?
General Hospital Spoilers: A Face Of Deception And A Voice Of Deception?
Several years ago, Deception Cosmetics had hired Sasha as the Face of Deception, and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) as the Voice of Deception.
There was a special campaign going on in which music was included but unfortunately Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) slashed Brook Lynn’s throat and the idea was scrapped.
Brook Lynn had tried to salvage the campaign by lip syncing to Amy Driscoll’s (Risa Dorken) voice but unfortunately the ruse was uncovered.
Deception Cosmetics really needs a boost in the ratings and public perception-since Blaze was already offered the Face of Deception job, revisiting the Face and Voice idea could be revisited.
Brook Lynn would be just the person to revive it since she’s Blaze’s manager; Sasha would keep her job and Blaze would keep her music.
GH Spoilers: Blaze Is Iffy To Accept, Moving From Music To Model
Blaze seemed pretty iffy about the job when Lucy presented it to her, telling her she would think about it and get back to her. In Puerto Rico on Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) island, Blaze confessed to Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) she wasn’t sure, starting to have musical success.
As for Sasha, she was getting ready to move to Texas, and Maxie hadn’t even told her she was possibly being replaced, and Maxie freaked when Tracy objected to her being replaced.
Blaze hadn’t returned, and Sasha hadn’t left, but they have to do something and quickly to keep Sasha in town and get Tracy to accept the idea to present to Blaze. Brook Lynn is Blaze’s manager and Tracy’s granddaughter so they have to sell both on the idea.
General Hospital Spoilers: Brook Lynn Quartermaine Needs To Convince Granny
No one could blame Brook Lynn for not wanting to help make Blaze the Voice of Deception, since she was fired for stealing confidential files for “The Deceptor”.
But once Maxie realizes she was blackmailed into it by Tracy, and was afraid, she’ll reconsider and make the suggestion to Lucy that Brook Lynn talk to Tracy.
As sour as Tracy is on musical careers, Brook Lynn may doubt she can convince Granny, but this isn’t her father, it’s business.
Brook Lynn may be able to convince Tracy to have a Voice of Deception and hire Blaze by showing her the numbers on Blaze’s records and that she’ll be a draw.
That way, Sasha can continue to be the Face of Deception and Blaze can become the new Voice of Deception-ready made publicity and a concert tour!
