General Hospital Spoilers: Will Dante Be The One To Eliminate Alex Marick Forever?

ABC General Hospital spoilers tease that in Port Charles, New York, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) may be the one who ultimately winds up eliminating Alex Marick (Finola Hughes) forever!

General Hospital Spoilers:  Dante Has A Kill Order From Liesl Obrecht To Kill Peter August And Anna Devane

General Hospital viewers will recall that Dante has a kill order from Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) through his WSB doctor Dr. Kirk (Christopher Cousins). He is to kill not only Peter August aka Heinrik Faison (Wes Ramsey) he is also to kill Anna Devane! Viewers should also recall that Dante was brainwashed. The whole reason he left Port Charles to begin with was because he had a post-hypnotic suggestion that kept telling him to “complete the mission” and the mission was to kill who he kept seeing as his wife, Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan).

This was after he had first gone on a deep cover mission for the WSB to take down Raj Patel (Noshir Dalal) and then went rogue. Patel had tried to kill Lulu previously and Dante had jumped at the chance to take him down! He had been working for arms dealer Landon Dixon (Troy Ruptash) and had rented The Haunted Star for a party, which of course was a cover story. Lulu forgot something and went back and Raj tied her up and threw her overboard into freezing water!

Dante, in his right mind would never go after Anna; he actually went to Anna for help, and she was the one who got him into the WSB medical facility to try and reverse his brainwashing and post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms. However, he received an order from Dr. Kirk on his cell phone in the form of a text, instructing him to “complete the mission” which of course is his trigger for the post-hypnotic suggestion that is supposed to activate Dante’s “kill switch”!

GH Spoilers: Anna Is Not Herself – Alex Has Switched With Her!

Dante doesn’t know that Anna isn’t herself – Alex has switched with her and is now impersonating her! Even though Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna escaped their bonds before the potentially deadly gas explosion, Alex was busy at Charlie’s Pub ingratiating herself with Peter (who was a little suspicious) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) who was also suspicious!

Then she went back to Anna’s house where Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) was waiting and knew she wasn’t Anna! That put Finn in danger as well, even though he called Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) who got a call about the explosion and went to the location, where he found Anna and Valentin. Anna used his phone to warn Finn, and Finn was talking to her when Alex showed up at the front door of Anna’s house!

It is very easy to imagine Dante completing the mission with Alex impersonating Anna, and he kills Alex instead! It would be a very fitting end to Anna’s evil twin to be killed while she was impersonating her!
