General Hospital Spoilers: Which Port Charles Lady Could Cody Bell Romance, Next?
GH spoilers (GH) spoilers tease that love is in the air in the little town of Port Charles. As the soap gears up for 60th-anniversary celebrations and the 2023 Nurse’s Ball, there will be plenty of action, adventure, and hopefully, a little romance. Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) burst on the scene in July 2022 and has been stirring up drama since. While he and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) had a budding romance, sadly, the good doctor passed away earlier this year. Cody’s mourned the loss of Britt during recent weeks, but she would likely want him to be happy and move on. Whom should he dive into a romance with, next?
GH Spoilers: The Obvious Choice Is Sasha Gilmore
GH spoilers suggest that Cody will be pushed to the point of desperation soon, and this likely has to do with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattson). He knows exactly what her mother-in-law Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) is up to, and he’s been trying to get her to confess to her vulnerable daughter-in-law.
Sasha is no stranger to loss. This is a common ground that she and Bell have. Losing both her husband Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) and her baby son Liam Corbin within a matter of months, Ms. Corbin has worked hard to get her life back on track. She’s done a phenomenal job staying clean these months, despite her heartache, and continues to stay as positive as she can. The two certainly would make a cute couple, and with Gladys as a common link, they may find romance together. Their current storyline does have a ton of twists and turns, which would make for an interesting love affair.
GH Spoilers: There Are Other Ladies In Port Chuckles …
With that said, there are a plethora of ladies in the land of Port Chuckles that Cody could dive into a romance. First off, he and Maxie Jones (Kristen Storms) have become buddies, and have a connection in Mac Scorpio (John J. York). As Mac raised Maxie as his own, while Mr. Bell is in fact “his own” (son), the two could come together as Jones tries to convince Cody to allow Scorpio in his life (or vice versa). Then again, Maxie and Cody may develop a close-knit sibling-like relationship since she’s always considered Mac to be her dad.
There’s been a ton of friction between Cody and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). Generally, two people that start off with drama end up in romance in the land of soaps. Plus, the fact that McCall also happens to be his best friend’s girlfriend would add an interesting twist.
