The user tollyfan35 posted on the SoapCentral.com Message Boards: “Valentin and Nina need to stop enabling Charlotte. Shame on them for not calling out Charlotte for her lies they know what Charlotte was doing to Anna and yet they let her continue to lie about why she was at Anna. They only care about protecting her and not getting the help she needs.”
Fans took to the thread to speculate over Charlotte’s behavior. Some believe that Nina is to blame. Every time that Valentin seemingly calls out Charlotte, Nina convinces him to change his mind. However, both Nina and Valentin enable Charlotte, which makes the situation worse for her.
At this point, Charlotte needs to realize the consequences of her actions. One fan argued: “Nina was enabling Charlotte! Val was devastated as his daughter was lying to his face.”

According to the General Hospital spoilers, Valentin tried to have an honest conversation with Charlotte. He was trying to do his part for her to understand her behavior. Most fans think the blame is mostly on Nina. They don’t understand why she allows Charlotte to do whatever she wants.
“This woman is a menace. Was so she spoiled as a child that she doesn’t understand the need for discipline and boundaries? Or is it just because she couldn’t raise her children that she wants to spoil every child?” one fan noted.
