General Hospital spoilers gossip Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) let it all out on Thursday’s episode as she reeled over Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) betrayal — warping her daughter’s mind and recruiting her into the WSB.
Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) didn’t exactly respond in kind as she defended the boss she hates and scolded her mother for trying to hold her accountable for her career choice — and for keeping it a secret.
Now that this cat is out of the bag, will Carly’s relationship with Jack — and all of her plans to stick it to him — crumble? Something tells me Jack isn’t quite ready to call it quits, and Carly might not want to anymore once she hears him out.
General Hospital Spoilers — Jason Takes Two
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was surprised to see Jack show up at the coffee warehouse and ask for favors, but he’s starting to realize there may be benefits in cooperating with the WSB to protect the people he loves. Joss is one of those people.
For Jack to come to him and admit he’s in over his head with Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) and trying to make sure Joss’ agent status stays under wraps, he’s going to need Jason’s help keeping Joss at bay.
Furthermore, Jason just might reveal some of Jack’s good deeds — like pulling that footage from the WSB database — that makes Carly see him in a new light.
GH Spoilers Leak Joss Chimes In
Carly was thoroughly confused when Joss started to defend Jack to her. All this time that she’s been dating him, Joss has been against it and clearly hated the guy.
Now, she’s owning up to her behavior — like killing Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), and making excuses for the WSB Chief who put her in that dangerous game of cat and mouse in the first place.
If Joss weighs in any more and aims to help Jack stay in Carly’s good graces, it might sow further confusion and seeds of doubt, but it could also work.
General Hospital Spoilers — Jack Comes Clean
Right now, Jack has no idea that Carly knows about Joss’ WSB status. He has no idea that she knows any of the things he has done, or that she’s plotting to take him down with one of his worst enemies, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
The latter part might cut him to the core far more than anything else. Besides, he earned some of this with his lies, even though Carly knew he would never be able to share everything about his work with her.
Recruiting her daughter wasn’t a part of that deal. But if Jak confesses to her, without knowledge that she already knows, he just might have a shot at preserving the mess of a relationship that they have.
