General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that the tables could turn on Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and it won’t be anyone’s fault but her own, and her big mouth! Nina’s been talking too much about rumors the SEC put up to coming after Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) by the DOJ as a way to take down Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)!
General Hospital Spoilers: What If The Rumors Are True?
What if the rumors are true, and there are agents from either agency listening to Nina run her mouth, trying to draw attention away from herself as the whistleblower? Diane Miller’s (Carolyn Hennesy) little piece of possibly true gossip to Sonny in front of Nina gave Nina too many ideas that could backfire big and put him in jail! Nina doesn’t know much about Sonny’s mob business and that’s intentional-Sonny doesn’t want that part of his life to hurt her any more than he did Carly and their family.
Nina isn’t the fragile flower Sonny might think she is though-she successfully fought off drug lord Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck) stabbing her with her own syringe. That was when one of the criminal elements from Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) old mercenary life came calling-she attacked Sonny and his family too, a common enemy to both.

There’s a good chance if there is a DOJ investigation going on trying to use the SEC insider trading investigation as a back door to Sonny, there are DOJ agents around. They could be in known legitimate places such as Pozzulo’s, hanging around the Metro Court, and also around the ELQ and Aurora Media offices. Nina runs her mouth to Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) at the bar in the Metro Court this week, there could be DOJ agents listening in.
This is even as Diane talks to Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) after Sonny told her to talk to him to see if he knows anything. There could even be DOJ agents as plants in the Pikeman group, for the same reason Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) hired Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) to infiltrate Sonny’s organization.

Nina would be royally angry and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) wouldn’t like it either if Carly does what she always does to keep Sonny out of prison. Both of them are single although each have moved on from each other, but it wouldn’t be the first time Carly did this – perhaps the DOJ agents hear Nina badmouthing Carly. Nina could say something about Carly that would give them the impression that Carly’s good for much more than insider trading, complicit with Sonny.
Nina would be required to testify in court as the snitch, but Carly and Sonny could remarry in name only to avoid testifying against each other. The better idea would be for Carly and Drew to marry, but if it really is a DOJ case instead of an SEC case, obviously that wouldn’t work.

Let this all come true. Nina needs everyone to see her for she is. Yes, Carly is arrogant and has a mouth and can be vengeful and impulsive but she always has good values and ethics, a genuine loyalty to people she loves and knows what being a mother means in terms knowing that a child a possession never wavers. Nina is a malicious narcissist given to psychotic episodes (stealing Avery out of Ava’s womb)who has never done anything that wasn’t about her immediate need to get what she wants. Both Carly and Ava have protected Avery and put her first no matter what the relationship between them. Nina just does what makes her feel good which usually means controlling any man or child, turning on them easily if she’s not getting what she wants from them, believing she can win by lying and cheating and hating. Bring her down so low and then set her up with someone truly evil
Then this proofs that some one else already started the ball rolling to the SEC and using it to get Sonny.So stop all the crap about Nina,,Nina deserves a standing ovations for what she endured and Carly deserves a slap in the face and prisons.
I disagree with you completely. Nina deserves nothing. She has nothing that deserves ovations. She started this and the FEDS just used it to try to get Sonny.
