General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny Plots Payback Against Ric Once Ava Is Exonerated
General Hospital spoilers that Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) truly believes Ava Jerome (Maura West) when she says that the fall which resulted in the death of the baby Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) was carrying was an accident.
As viewers know, Kristina went to Ava’s hotel room at the Metro Court and two of them had a heated altercation which ended when Kristina tripped over a duffel bag, crashed through a glass window and fell three stories into the pool below.
General Hospital Spoilers – Ava Jerome didn’t intentionally hurt Kristina Corinthos-Davis
Ric is right in this case. Ava never intentionally tried to hurt Kristina or the baby. The whole thing was a terrible tragedy.
But Ava was arrested and is now on trial. Ric agreed to defend Ava for one reason only. The baby Kristina was carrying was as a surrogate for Ric daughter Molly Lansing- Davis (Kristan Vaganos) and her partner TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow). Ric believes that Molly won’t be able to move past the baby’s death if the truth isn’t brought to light.
GH Spoilers – Ric Lansing was relentless with Kristina Corinthos-Davis
Ric was relentless when it came to Kristina’s testimony. He accused her of being the reason that the baby died because of volatile emotional state.
Of course, he called into question Kristina’s honesty too when he made her reveal on the stand that she had decided to keep the baby for herself.
And while Ric isn’t exactly wrong in the things that he’s saying, he is doing it in such a cruel way that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) will certainly take notice and deal with Ric appropriately.
General Hospital Spoilers – Ric Lansing could be in danger
While it’s doubtful that Sonny would actually have Ric killed, he could definitely make some terrifying threats to his half-brother. He might threaten to ruin Ric career or could even have Ric beaten.
It’s worth nothing that earlier this year, Sonny killed FBI Agent John Cates (Adam Harrington) for going after Kristina as well. So there isn’t much Sonny won’t do for Kristina, especially in the name of revenge.
