General Hospital Spoilers: Kristina Jailed for Perjury & Ava Free, Justice Finally Served?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) went at it with Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) in court today and the remarkable thing was how composed Kristina remained while being called a baby killer. We expected Kristina to strangle Ric—tomorrow’s another day …

In the November 26 episode, Ric pushed all of Kristina’s buttons while her loved ones winced in court. Also remarkably calm was her dad, and Ric’s brother, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Is there something going on behind the scenes that we don’t know about?!

Could Ric be biding his time before demanding that Kristina be jailed for perjury?

General Hospital spoilers: Kristina and Sonny Too Calm

Ava Jerome (Maura West) is on trial for killing the baby Kristina was carrying as a surrogate. And now fans are crying foul after Kristina’s testimony in which she seemed to lie about the events of that fateful day.

Ava grabbed Kristina during a confrontation, but Kristina yanked back and tripped over a duffel bag, tripped, and went crashing through the window.

It was a freak accident and it’s clear that Ava didn’t intentionally push Kristina through the window. But that’s not what Kristina said under oath.

General Hospital spoilers: Is Kristina Lying?

When Kristina claimed that Ava committed murder, Ric accused her of lying, and he was right to do so. Which brings up a tricky situation: should Kristina be jailed for perjury?

Kristina has always been a privileged loose cannon, and squandered so many opportunities given to her by her parents. Some fans want to see her get what she deserves, jail time. Is this too harsh?

General Hospital spoilers: Ava is Not Squeaky Clean

Should Ric, and fans, go easy on Kristina because she lost an unborn baby as well as her sister Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco)? There’s no doubt that she has been traumatized, but does that give her the right to lie on the witness stand?

First, he’d have to have absolute proof, not just a she said, Ava said situation. And he’d also have to prove that Kristina was knowingly lying. I believe she thinks Ava really did push her. She remembers Ava grabbing her arm, and then falling. It isn’t lying if she truly thinks thats wat happened.

True in real life, but this is GH and the story can be told truthful or not truthful according where the writers’ minds are heading. I just wish the story would be the whole truth, that the incident was an accident even though this would cause Ava not to answer for her misdeeds which in this case she is not actually guilty of pushing Kristina.
