General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny And Carly Reunite After Nina’s Secret Is Revealed!
General Hospital spoilers tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) is currently planning to marry Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) very soon. But Nina is actively keeping a huge secret from Sonny that will likely tear them apart. And with Drew Cain (Cameron Matheson) currently in prison, it seems more than likely Sonny and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will hit the sheets once again in the very near future. Let’s take a look at the most likely scenario.
General Hospital Spoilers – Nina Reeves tipped off the SEC!
The reason that Drew is in prison is that he is taking the fall for Carly for insider trading. The SEC may never have discovered this except for the fact that Nina tipped them in order to hurt Carly. Once Sonny finds out what Nina did and that she deliberately hid it from him, he will certainly break things off with her. That will leave Sonny is a very vulnerable state and he will most likely turn to the person he believes he can always trust and that’s Carly.
GH Spoilers – Carly Spencer will only wait so long!
Carly promised to wait for Drew while he served a sentence for a crime that she committed. But waiting and patience isn’t really a strong part of Carly’s personality. When Sonny tells her about Nina’s betrayal, those old feelings could certainly resurface and they could very likely end up in bed together. Although it seems doubtful they together, Sonny knows the best way to hurt Nina would be to sleep with Carly.

But even if he is angry at Nina, once he calms down he will likely forgive Nina because he always does. He won’t regret sleeping with Carly but his heart truly belongs to Nina now. And although Carly and Drew aren’t likely to be soulmates, she won’t want to return to her life when she was married to Sonny either. But she will certainly rubbing Nina’s nose in the fact that she slept with Sonny. The question is can Nina and Sonny get back together after her betrayal, especially if he retaliates be sleeping with Carly?
