General Hospital spoilers say while there are plenty of people who either love or loathe Port Charles, NY Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), this beautiful brunette can’t get enough of him. Actress Briana Lane, who temporarily stepped in to play Brook Lynn Quartermaine on the hit ABC soap, says that she is most grateful that she got to spend a lot of time working with James Patrick Stuart. That’s because she finds him to be her ‘funny Valentin.’ Here’s what she has to say.

In a new interview with Soap Opera Digest, Briana had nothing but positive things to say about the handsome and talented actor. As a matter of fact, she said that James is someone who exudes so much classiness and charm that it’s hard not to notice that he respects everyone around him. Could this man be any more perfect?
She said, “he was one of the first people to show me the ropes; my first scene ever on General Hospital was with him and he walked me through how everything worked. He’s polite to everyone; he introduces himself to all the extras and talks to them. He’s just so kind! We have so much in common – his son is into photography, I do photography, he and I are both into music. He actually asked to listen to my music on the first day we were working together, so we shared our music with one another and talked about that, which was really fun.”

If that weren’t enough, Briana also pointed out that James was actually pretty respectful and kind during their love scenes too which is something you don’t hear all too often in the television industry. In other words, James Patrick Stuart is a first class kind of guy, but we knew that already about him, right? It’s a good thing that he is always around to help out newcomers on set, right? It’s no wonder everyone loves him so much, both on and off set!
