Sasha Gilmore Cannot Take Another Loss
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Sasha recently lost her job as the Face Of Deception because of her uncontrollable rage. Just as Sasha admitted that she needs help, the one person who has stood by her has been killed. Sasha feels she has nothing to live for and desperately wants to reunite with Brando and their son. Will Sasha commit suicide before someone can stop her?
Brando asked to be Sasha’s guardian so he could try to keep her out of prison after her attack on Grant Smoltz’s (David Lautman) car after he tried to set her up. Sasha was perfectly justified in her attack although Smoltz claimed otherwise. Sasha’s so-called friend, Sienna Colby (Cynthia Zitter) lied for Smoltz as well. Now it is too late for Brando to help her. Brando is no longer here.
General Hospital Spoilers: Sasha Gilmore Feels Hopeless
Brando is the only one Sasha has left. Sasha has lost her livelihood. Sasha has lost her family. Sasha has lost her son. Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), Sasha’s best friend, is not able to be there for her. Sasha is bound to feel lost and alone. Sasha may feel she has nowhere to go from here. Sasha certainly does not want to end up in prison and that’s where it looks like she is going.
Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is the one person who defended Sasha. Maxie knows what addiction is like and she wanted to give Sasha more time. However, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) is only concerned with the bottom line. Maxie is rumored to stumble upon something grim. Although it could just be a very upset Sasha, it seems more likely that Sasha has obtained some drugs and plans to overdose.

Brando saved Sasha when she overdosed while on a date with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Sasha suffered a heart attack and it was thought that she might not survive. Will Maxie get to Sasha in time to save her? Will Sasha be too far gone for anyone to help?
