General Hospital Spoilers: Pikeman’s Blackmail Plot Against Ava Could Mean Sonny’s Downfall!

General Hospital spoilers tease that Ava Jerome (Maura West) has gotten noticeable closer to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) over the last few weeks. In fact, she’s pretty much made it so that she the only person Sonny feels that he can trust.

And things seem to be moving beyond just friendship or co-parenting. Ava has definitely been coming on to Sonny in a sexual way.

This sudden attraction to Sonny may just be a natural progression, but it could also be that something else is going on.

General Hospital Spoilers – Ava Jerome has been threatened!

Viewers may recall that Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) was shot and killed in his own home. Its not clear who murdered Austin but the guilty seemed intent on framing Ava.

Someone sent her a gun, most likely the one used to kill Austin. They also sent her pictures of Austin’s body. Ava confessed all of this to Sonny, so he convinced Ava to move in with him for her own protection.

But what if Ava was given instruction to get close to Sonny in order to keep her blackmailer from sending the police after her for Austin’s murder?

Mostly likely Austin was murdered by someone from the Pikeman Organization perhaps with the sole purpose of blackmailing Ava.

GH Spoilers – Ava Jerome doesn’t want to hurt Nina Reeves!

Sonny recently filed for divorce from Ava’s best friend Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros). Ava seems genuinely sympathetic to Nina when the subject of Nina’s marriage comes up.

She has even said that she would help Nina figure out a way to get Sonny back. She has seemed genuinely upset by Nina’s pain.

So why would she be nuzzling up to Sonny unless she was being forced to? She knows that Nina would be devastated if Ava and Sonny slept together.

General Hospital Spoilers – Ava Jerome is trying to convince that Jason Morgan is the enemy!

But coming on to Sonny, isn’t the only suspicious thing that Ava has done of late. She’s kind of made it her mission to convince Sonny that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has turned against him and not only tried to kill him, but Sonny’s son Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna) as well.

It seems out of character for Ava to go so far out of her way to condemn Jason on the flimsiest of evidence unless she was being forced to,
