General Hospital Spoilers: Nina Reconsiders Valentin’s Offer – But Could it Cost Her Willow?
General Hospital spoilers reveal Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) was quick to thank Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) for his generous offer to fund a competitor fashion magazine that would put Crimson to shame.
Nina knows the designers, photographers, and advertisers would walk right alongside her if she asked them to jump ship and gives them a quality place to migrate to where she was at the helm.
But she also knows what that would look like. After all, she deserves a bit of her own medicine. She already did this to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) — taking the Metro Court out from under her when it was her fault, partially, that she lost it.
The least she can do if she wants to save face in front of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) is to take the hit from Carly and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) now without striking back. But that doesn’t mean the offer on the table won’t continue to tempt her.
General Hospital Spoilers — A Kind Gesture
Valentin’s offer warmed Nina’s heart — even if it was a cruel way to stick it to her nemesis Carly and her hunky beau. Valentin just gets Nina in a way that Sonny never has, which is ironic because the old Sonny likely would’ve made many of the same moves Nina has.
But we saw that guy soften up in Nixon Falls, and he’s been a calmer version of his old self ever since. That was supposed to be the kind man that Nina fell in love with, and somehow the vindictive nature she brings to the table herself made her consistently feel like she just wasn’t good enough for this criminal mob boss with a heart of gold.
Valentin’s offer to take things to the next level in this war may not look appealing right now — while Nina is still holding out hope that her marriage isn’t over — but when Sonny signals that it is, all bets may be off.
GH Spoilers Say Nina Has Much to Do About Nothing
Nina does well playing the victim. She’s comfortable in that role and sees no need to strike back right now and make herself look like more of a villain than everyone already thinks she is.
Biding her time sounds doable. She’s been through heartbreak before. Losing her daughter, Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier), was more painful than losing Willow in this sense.
Losing her marriage isn’t what she wants, but she knows she can handle it. Losing her career due to her own shameful decisions isn’t new to Nina either. But right now, Nina thinks she’s already lost all that she can lose — and she’s wrong. Drew is far from done with making Nina pay.
General Hospital Spoilers — Willow is Already Done with Her
The other piece of this puzzle that is holding Nina back from accepting Valentin’s offer to bankroll a new fashion publication just for her is that it would look like an attack on Crimson.
The only thing Willow ever asked of her was for her to stop retaliating against Carly. If it may give her a slim chance of reconciliation with her daughter, Nina is going to lie down and take this hit — leaving her pride to the side.
But when Willow also makes it quite clear that she’s never going to change her mind about annexing Nina from her life, Valentin’s offer might start to look like her best option.

If Nina has to jump through hoops for her crappy daughter then forget it, Nina’s better off with Sasha as her daughter.
