General Hospital Spoilers: Nikolas Shares A Moment With Ava, Will The Two Exes Reconcile After All?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) will share a moment with Ava Jerome (Maura West) and it’ll seem like a special moment. Could the two battling exes reconcile after all, even though she refused to help him kill Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl)?

General Hospital Spoilers: Nikolas Cassadine Didn’t Say Kill, But Ava Jerome Assumed

Nikolas didn’t say kill, but Ava assumed that was what he meant-she wouldn’t help him kill her even though she wanted her punished for putting Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) through hell.

But then he acted like he didn’t know what she was talking about when she asked about Austin Gatlin-Holt’s (Roger Howarth) murder, the notes and the gun.

But he didn’t seem concerned about them either, so Ava took it that it was Nikolas who killed Austin, put an anonymous offer on Wyndemere and left her a gun!

But, in the midst of all the plotting, and would-be revenge, Nikolas still wants Ava. Even though she didn’t act like it could ever happen, and she wouldn’t take him back, she didn’t send him away, either.

GH Spoilers: Nikolas Cassadine Has His Hopes Up

Nikolas has his hopes up, especially since Ava didn’t divulge he’s in town to even his mother Laura Collins (Genie Francis).

She’d been called into the PCPD by Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) when Laura brought Esme in to confess to breaking into Wyndemere.

Even though Esme confessed and didn’t steal anything, Ava pressed charges and threw the book at her-as a result, Esme was held in jail. All that time as Esme, Laura and Ava talked, Ava didn’t make a peep about Nikolas being in town-not even with Laura being his mother.

The question is, was it because she’s trying to protect both Esme from Nikolas and Nikolas from being arrested?

General Hospital Spoilers: There’s Still Something There

It’s obvious whether Ava denies it or not, there’s still something there between her and Nikolas. Someone doesn’t wait for someone through years of presumed death and breaks someone out of a hospital in Russia thinking it’s him if she didn’t love him.

Even if Patient Six did turn out to be Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) Nikolas still showed up later, and Ava is the first one he went to-just like now.

There are some bridges they’ve burned but nothing they can’t come back from-if Nikolas really didn’t kill Austin. It may not happen right away, but as long as they are protecting each other there’s proof of their bond.
