General Hospital spoilers for the next two weeks are in. From April 19 to 26, expect Ava Jerome (Maura West) to continue bamboozling Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros).
When Nina wants an update on Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), Ava will claim that there is positive progress. However, fans know that Ava’s more interested in being with Sonny than fixing his marriage to Nina!
Ava Jerome’s Deceptive Mess
GH spoilers for the week of April 15, 2024, reveal that Ava will convince Nina that there is some progress. Nina might be surprised but will have some more hope.
Nina might think there could actually be a chance of her getting back together with Sonny. however, Ava seems more interested in nailing Sonny for herself!
Speaking of Sonny, Ava might warn Nina that Sonny is suspicious of why Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) hired her back at Crimson. Meanwhile, there are Ava’s ulterior motives for getting so close to Sonny.
Remember, Ava also took some of Sonny’s medication, only to discover the sleeping pills did nada for her. So, that might come back up a bit later since Sonny’s meds are being tampered with.
Maybe Ava will mention taking the pills, but it’s more likely she will get accused of replacing the medication with placebos!
GH Spoilers: Drew Cain’s Explanation
During the week of April 15, fans will see Sonny and Drew have a meeting. Sonny might want to know the real reason why Drew rehired Nina. Drew can claim that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) ruined Crimson, Nina knows the business well enough to fix it.
Of course, Sonny isn’t going to believe that. Carly might not have had publishing experience, but she goes overboard trying to make things work. So, Sonny might not believe Drew’s story.
Week of April 15, 2024
General Hospital spoilers for the week of April 15 reveal that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) learns about John’s attack. Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) agrees to speak off the record.
Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) digs for intel on what happened with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).
Josslyn will worry that being a cop will make Dex an even bigger target for Sonny. So, expect Josslyn to take drastic action. As for Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), she has a frank discussion about finances with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).
General Hospital Spoilers: Next 2 Weeks
During the week of April 22, 2024, Nina stumbles onto a shocking discovery. Sonny’s tampered meds should be changing his behavior by now.
There is also Anna’s discovery about Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Fans also might see John Cates (Adam Harrington) get even closer to Carly.

My first complaint enough is enough let’s solve Sonny’s dummy pills, and get him back on track!! I really think Ava might honestly be interested in having a relationship with Sonny!! Let’s not have Ava go backwards, I like the New Ava so I hope the Writers don’t change her into going back to the old Ava!! I love how Carly and Jagger are flirting with each other, and I think they would Make a Really Cute Couple!! Carly needs a change in the men she has been with, Jason will always be #1, but as a BEST FRIEND ONLY!! There is One More Thing let’s get Moving on Cody & Sasha as a couple please, whoops one more thing which is Most Important can Finn somehow find out that his Dad was misdiagnosed, and he will live a long life, and just maybe then Gregory and Tracy might hit it off as couple !! Please GH Writers keep Gregory on the Show we all Love him, and think Tracy & he would make the Cutest Senior Couple!!
Don’t necessarily agree with all of your post, but really do wish writers would allow Gregory to stay around but not necessarily for a pairing with Tracy. GH has always in the past had one pairing with conscience, morals, etc. and I feel one is needed now. Not too hot on Sasha/Cody as a pairing as I don’t believe he has changed and not telling Mac he is his father is one of my reasons. I want everything regarding the Pikeman mess ended sooner not later and get GH back on the right track.
