General Hospital Spoilers: Natalia & Sonny’s Chance Meeting, Blaze’s Mom Connects The Dots About Kristina’s Dangerous Dad
General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of March 18-22 imply that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) will cross paths, and it looks like they won’t be “formally” introduced by either of their daughters, rather, they’ll simply run into each other and get acquainted.
As fans know there’s tension between Natalia and her daughter Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez), thanks to her coming out of the closet and declaring Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) as her girlfriend.
While it looks like Natalia’s meeting with Sonny will be pleasant at first, will she connect the dots about who he is?

GH spoilers note that Sonny will give Natalia some helpful advice. It looks like they could stumble across each other either at Charlie’s or somewhere in Port Charles, and chat.
Sonny’s going through a lot right now, from learning about Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) being alive, to his son, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) fighting for his life.
As they say, misery loves company, and he’ll be upset about recent events, Natalia might also be grime about the situation with Blaze.
While they won’t realize (at that moment) that their daughters are dating, Natalia may reveal that she just found out about her daughter’s sexual orientation, where Sonny could offer some advice about it, as he’s been in her shoes.
Still, in the process of “sharing” could Ms. Ramirez realize who she’s talking to?

As fans have come to learn, Blaze’s abuela lives on Sonny’s Puerto Rican island, and once worked at his hotel. There’s a good chance that Natalia feels as if she knows Sonny from somewhere when they first get to talking, only to connect the dots, afterward.
The second shoe could drop when she figures out that not only was she just talking to a mob boss, but that mob boss happens to also be Kristina’s dad!
He could walk away from the conversation, only for her to see him with Kristina, later on. What if Sonny revealed during their chat that his “daughter” was gay too, and also proudly told Natalia how she’s sacrificing everything to be her sister’s surrogate?
Natalia may go ballistic that Blaze’s partner isn’t only a woman, but a pregnant woman, who also happens to be a mob boss’s daughter! Natalia is only just trying to come to terms with her daughter’s sexual orientation, all the extra baggage that comes with dating Kristina may be too much for her.
