General Hospital Spoilers tease we haven’t forgotten about Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) — who got up on the stand weeks ago and lied under oath in the court of law, and she did it for a woman she loathed just months prior whose life she tried to destroy.
Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi) may have already said her thank yous and cleared the air with Natalia, but she’s got another thing coming if she thinks that’s the end of this saga.
Natalia’s would-be relationship with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) seems to be a bit of a nothingburger right now, but there is always time for them to ramp things up.
Will Natalia leverage what she did for Kristina to ultimately get what she wants out of Sonny? If that’s the case, just what does she want anyway?

Painting this in the kindest light possible, Natalia may not have had any agenda at the time that she decided to pull the trigger and lie to cover for Kristina’s crumbling character.
Still, that doesn’t mean she won’t find a reason to use her good deed to own advantage someday when the opportunity presents itself. We have to imagine that she’s going to want a relationship with Alison ‘Blaze’ Rogers (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) at some point.
Will she seek Sonny and Kristina’s support in convincing Blaze to give her mother another chance, reminding that it wasn’t so long ago that she could’ve gone to jail for saving Kristina from her own bad reputation?

It’s also possible that Natalia still has her eyes on Sonny and wants him to become more than just her friend. We haven’t seen the two of them together in awhile, what with Sonny being so busy defending himself from cardiac arrest, explosions in his penthouse, and a never-ending custody battle with Ava Jerome (Maura West).
Will Natalia cozy up to Sonny and play nurse-maid to his ailing heart as he fights for his family? If so, will she have the nerve to ask for favors at a time like this, or is she just looking to use the favor she did for Kristina to further inure Sonny to her?

It wasn’t long after Natalia came to town that conversations began to include mention of her son and her ex, but we haven’t caught wind of so much as a name thus far.
Could it be that Natalia might need to call on Sonny to return her favor if she finds her ex to be some kind of threat that is drawing near?
