General Hospital Spoilers: Maxie and Brad Plan To Honor Britt By Attending Nurses’ Ball Together!
General Hospital spoilers indicate that there are few friendships in Port Charles as strong as the one that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) shared with Brad Cooper (Perry Shen). These two remained close even as both of them endured stays in prison. Both Britt and Brad were schemers when they met and they were quite helpful to each other during the various schemes. But of them had mostly turned over a new leaf in recent years but their friendship only grew!
General Hospital spoilers – Britt Westbourne left Brad Cooper her fortune!
Britt knew that she had Huntington’s disease and planned to leave Port Charles before she started really showing symptoms so she would be remembered as she was. The disease would eventually cripple her before finally killing her. She threw herself a birthday party that would also serve as her secret farewell. She knew her absence would devastate Brad as well as Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) who had also become quite close with Britt. So she requested that Brad and Maxie become friends.

Maxie and Brad were shocked when Britt was murdered by the Hook. They both mourned for their friend and helped find an appropriate dress for Britt to be buried in. This is when they discovered that Britt had Huntington’s disease and had been planning to leave town. One thing that Brad and Britt did together was watch coverage of the Nurses Ball on television where they could be snarky together and eat ice cream while watching Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) trip on the red carpet over and over.

Brad and suggest they he and Maxie attend the Ball in person. That way they could watch everyone and make fun of whoever they want in real time. Maxie may balk at the idea at first but she may just find Brad’s snark to be fun. But even more than that perhaps Maxie and Brad will bond and realize that maybe they aren’t that different after all?
