General Hospital Spoilers: Laura Begins Growing Close To Cyrus, He’s Fooling Everyone!
General Hospital spoilers tease that it just been a couple years since Laura Collins (Genie Francis) discovered two half-brothers she never even knew existed.
This came as quite a shock to Laura, who eventually began to get close to Martin Grey (Michael E Knight), even though there were some bumps along the way.
But Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) was a completely different story. As viewers know, Cyrus first arrived in Port Charles as a rival for mobster Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard).
General Hospital Spoilers – Cyrus Renault caused a path of destruction in Port Charles!
Cyrus wanted Sonny out of the way so that he could bring illicit drugs into Port Charles through the docks. But Sonny shut him down at every turn until he was presumed dead.
After that, it was up to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to keep Cyrus at bay. Cyrus was eventually arrested for his crimes but not before holding Laura hostage and threatening to kill them both.
GH Spoilers – Cyrus Renault found religion!
Cyrus eventually ended up incarcerated in Pentonville, where he made sure to let Laura know he was a changed man. But that didn’t stop him from having Ava Jerome (Maura West) kidnapped and almost killed in order to force Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) to testify in court that Cyrus was too feeble to stay at Pentonville.
Nevertheless, Cyrus scored his freedom and began a ministry both at the prison and over the radio. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) then asked Cyrus to befriend an inmate in Pentonville and get information from his wearing a wire.
General Hospital Spoilers – Laura Collins finally believes in her brother!
Laura has been struggling with whether of not she should believe her brother has changed, She really wants to believe Cyrus and may begin to believe it after he helped Anna.
But what if all of this is a ruse and Cyrus hasn’t changed a bit, He may hate Laura for accepting Martin but not him and could try to destroy her from the inside? But can Laura catch on?
