General Hospital Spoilers: Isaiah’s Cold Reaction To Cassius Hints At A Dark Secret
General Hospital spoilers and updates pose the question, do Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) and Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) know each other from the past? Why was Isaiah giving him attitude when he came to get his bruises checked out at the hospital?
If Isaiah Does Recognize Cassius, He’s Playing Along
One thing for sure-if Isaiah does recognize Cassius from his past in the Somalian camps, he’s playing along and playing it safe, both for his and Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) sake.
Fans should remember when Isaiah first came to Port Charles, trying to get help for Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) he had an assassin after him. Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) sent him, and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) saved his life.
And if Cassius recognizes Isaiah, he’s not letting on either-the last thing he needs is for his cover as “Nathan West” to be blown again-that’s why he kidnapped Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy)!
Isaiah Spoke With Disdain In His Voice When Cassius Wanted His Care Kept Secret
When Cassius came to Isaiah’s office asking for “no questions asked care” like he gave Rocco Falconeri, (Finn Carr) Isaiah spoke with disdain-wanting to know “why I should do it for YOU”. He then went on to explain how Lulu was his friend, but “Nathan” was not-the implications in his wording and attitude were clear.
However, he corrected himself and changed course, and gave Cassius the care that he needed, and went along with putting “Jake Doe” in the records.
However, he handed off the rest of the appointment once “John Doe’s” MRI scans were in, and to a particular doctor.
He specifically wanted “Nathan’s” sister, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) to take over the patient’s case-there had to be a reason for that!
Isaiah Wouldn’t Want Lulu And Her Family To Be Hurt, So He’s Keeping Cassius’ Secret
Whether Isaiah knew that Nathan West was Cassius Faison’s twin or not, he doesn’t want Lulu and her family to be hurt or in danger-so he’s keeping the secret.
Isaiah reacted to walking in on a difference of opinion, as Cassius put it, between them, referring to when Isaiah walked in on their first fight.
Isaiah made a point to say to “Nathan” that he didn’t know he’d been involved in whatever happened to Rocco that night, there must be a reason why.
And there must also be a reason why “Nathan” felt he had to explain and minimize the argument that Isaiah walked in on when he delivered Rocco’s antibiotics
. Chances are, they both recognized each other from the past, and they’re both keeping secrets!
