General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) has worked to bring his family together. Ned has been trying to get his wife Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) to forgive him. Ned had a one-night stand with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) in the past. Olivia had trouble getting past the betrayal. Ned and Olivia have been brought back together because they have been trying to help Olivia’s son Leo Falconari (Easton Rocket Sweda). Olivia and Ned found out that Leo had autism. Olivia decided that she wants Ned to adopt Leo. Olivia wants to recommit to her marriage to Ned and have a vow renewal ceremony. Ned is looking forward to the ceremony and hopes that it will help the rest of his family.

Ned has been having trouble with his daughter Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and his mother Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot). Maxie has been concerned about Louise’s father Peter August (Wes Ramsey) being in her life. Brook Lynn has pretended to be Louise’s mother. Ned believes that Louise is his granddaughter, Bailey Quartermaine. Ned believes that the Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is Bailey’s father.
Ned has been worried about Brook Lynn and Chase moving in together. Ned does not want to have trouble with Brook Lynn. Ned may be able to show Brook Lynn that he supports her at the vow renewal ceremony. Ned has been concerned about Tracy. Tracy is grieving the loss of her love Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary). Ned has hoped to help Tracy deal with her loss. Ned believes that his family needs to be brought together for a happy occasion. Ned may believe that the vow renewal ceremony will help to bring his family together.

Olivia has a hard time coming to terms with Leo having autism. Olivia did not want to believe Dr. Austin Galtin-Holt (Roger Howarth) when he told her that she needed to get Leo tested for autism. Olivia believed that Austin was trying to use Leo to secure shares in the Quartermaine family business ELQ. Austin wanted to have the shares to honor his late father Jimmy Lee Holts’ (Steve Bond) wish. Olivia may decide to ask Austin to come to vow renewal ceremony.
Olivia has wanted to help her son Dante Falconari (Dominic Zamprogna). Dante has been trying to help his father Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) to decide what he wants to do about his marriage to Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and his feelings for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Olivia may get Dante to come to help her to renew her vows to Ned. Dante will be happy that Olivia and Ned are committed to their future together. Olivia believes that her future with Ned is going to be a rewarding one. Olivia believes that she can help him and their family to overcome the challenges ahead.

General Hospital Ned and Olivia are looking forward to their future together. They hope that their family will be able to handle their problems.
