Portia and Esme will have to work together as a team to pull this off. Sadly, they both have rather self-serving intentions, but as long as it all looks organic, no one will be any the wiser. Esme wants Spencer all to herself, and Portia wants that too if it means Spencer will walk away from Trina. It’s starting to look like that’s the only way Trina is ever going to let the guy go anyway. Just how much does he have to do before she sees him for who Portia claims he is?

Any pangs of jealousy she has felt since Spencer jumped on board to help Esme raise Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay), Trina has written off as idle insecurity without any rational basis, but is that really true? While it’ll probably be Trina’s decision to walk away from Spencer, lamenting that he needs to grow up, she probably won’t intend on staying out of his life. Needing to push pause and clear her head, Trina will be shocked to find Spencer’s heart is drawn toward someone else in her absence.
