General Hospital Spoilers: Elizabeth and Carly Help Solve Jason’s Mystery of Who’s Running Britt?
General Hospital spoilers gossip Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) are both in a pretty sweet spot right now, even if they don’t know it.
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has been trying to get Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) to let him in, and let him help her.
Being beholden to some sinister mastermind who is toying with her health isn’t what Jason wants for her, but Britt has been hesitant to share any of the details of what she’s up to and who she’s working for.
Jason and Elizabeth go way back; there is no situation in which she doesn’t trust him. So will she help him unearth more information about Britt’s condition on the sly? It looks like Carly might have some helpful intel to add to the equation this week.
Carly’s Spy Games Turn Fruitful
Carly might not have found much in the way of helpful information for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) while she was in Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) room snooping around, but she sure did get an earful while she was lurking in the bathroom listening to Jack and Britt have it out.
She never would have imagined Britt even knew her boyfriend, much less was working with him in any capacity. Now that Carly knows just how bad of a guy Jack is, she’ll likely be inclined to tell Jason all about this.
Elizabeth Lends an Ear
Previews this week say Elizabeth and Jason compare notes. That may or may not be about Britt, but the reality is that even if it’s not, this exchange may lay tracks for the next.
Elizabeth and Jason have come together many times over the years when it was for the betterment of someone they both cared for. In this case, Elizabeth may not have much compassion or concern for Britt, but she loves Jason and has (almost) always been supportive of any relationship he’s been in.
Could she shed light on Britt’s behavior at work, or possibly on the drug Britt has been taking?
Sidwell and the WSB Come Into Focus
Britt’s relationship with Jack is clearly all about business. Carly won’t have any other concern on her plate.
Their screaming match was evidence enough that Jack leveraged himself to help Britt, and now he wants something in return. Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) coming into the conversation will be more than enough for Jason to work with, since he already suspects him.
But knowing Britt is wrapped up with Jack will have Jason chasing down a new lead that could land him squarely in line with Carly and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to see how this shakes out for Britt and her beau.
