General Hospital Spoilers: Eddie And Olivia Are Sizzling, But Can They Hold A Candle To Eddie And Lois?

General Hospital spoilers report Eddie Maine (Wally Kurth) had no intentions of growing so much closer to Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), but the time they’ve been spending together — mostly in the interest of helping Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda) — has been a welcomed change for both of them.

Olivia was jarred by her own excitement and embrace of Eddie in her office last week. She was overjoyed that he was invited to perform at The Savoy, but hugging him felt like hugging her husband, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth).

Neddie chose to stand down and let her lead things at her pace, but she may come to regret her hesitation when someone else moves in on her territory. With Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) headed back to town, everything will change.

General Hospital Spoilers — Eddie’s Inspiration Beckons Him

Eddie has been struggling for weeks to make sense of the things he feels when he can’t place events in his life that led to him developing such feelings.

Since he woke up as Eddie living inside of Ned’s life, nothing around him feels all that familiar. He didn’t even remember his own wife or mother, but he has little to compare it to.

So, he feels convicted that he is Eddie, but the life surrounding him feels like it belongs to someone else. And yet, he’s certain that he has been in love because the inspiration for his siren song has to be coming from somewhere — albeit an unknown place.

Eddie hasn’t wanted to get Olivia’s hopes up that maybe the inspiration he was filled with to write this song was coming from Ned, buried somewhere deep inside of him.

But any reasonable woman hoping to see her husband again would probably come to that conclusion on their own. So they’re both going to be thrown for a major loop when someone else comes into play who makes Eddie question everything.

When we first met Lois, she was first meeting Eddie — while blissfully unaware that he was actually Ned. In fact, both of them were unaware of that.

Now, Lois is coming back to town, and she could give Olivia a run for her money if Eddie starts to think Lois is the siren from his dreams.

Suffering with identity issues became the least of Ned’s problems way back when he snapped back to reality. Ned and Lois’ marriage — which came to be when he was still Eddie — didn’t have a chance. Some argue Rena and Wally’s real-life rendition of it didn’t either.
