General Hospital Spoilers: Drew is Getting a New Visitor at Pentonville — and Carly Won’t Like It
General Hospital spoilers claim Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has been biding his time behind bars in hopes of enduring his three-year sentence with as little pain as possible.
The guy isn’t even willing to get his hopes up that Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will be able to get his sentences reduced or commuted altogether.
But Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will be working overtime on Diane with high hopes of just that — getting her man home in time for Christmas. Little does she know, Drew will have a grenade thrown into his life in the meantime that he’s not ready to divulge.
Could it be that the rumors are true and Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) and her baby boy are headed to Pentonville for a visit?
General Hospital Spoilers — Kim Could Come Calling Anytime
The last time we saw Kim, she was leaving town abruptly without giving much consideration to her failed relationship with Julian Jerome (William deVry).
After breaking his heart and realizing she was still carrying a torch for Drew, Kim seemed to have literally fallen off her rocker when she drugged Drew and planned to sexually assault him to get herself pregnant.
Instead, Julian interrupted her and botched her plan. Rather, he protected her from the truth coming out and wreaking havoc on her reputation.
But we know that Kim did end up having a baby boy and naming him after Drew — despite the fact that he is, biologically, a Jerome. Will Drew doubt her when she comes forward with his son though?
GH Spoilers Hint Tamara Might Be Too Busy
Fans keep going back and forth on this one. They’re itching to find out what Kim has been up to since her departure from Port Chuck, and we know that Julian’s son is growing up in NYC without any family but Kim for miles.
Still, if Kim were to come back in search of a reconnection with Oscar Nero Quartermaine’s (Garren Stitt) father, the role may have to be recast since Tamara just rejoined the cast of Days of Our Lives. Do we really want someone newer than the old Carly-turned-Kim to fill those shoes?
General Hospital Spoilers — What Would This Mean for Drew’s Future?
Regardless of who brings Kim to the screen, her sudden appearance in town would certainly throw a wrench into his plans for the future. It’s unlikely that Carly would take any issue with Drew having a child with Kim.
After all, he already did — and that hook-up happened long before she and Drew entertained being anything more than friends. But Carly’s doubt that Kim is telling the truth about her son’s paternity may be a sore spot with Drew — who is eager to believe Kim’s claims at face value as he continues to grieve losing Oscar.
Can’t you just see Carly pulling Auntie Ava Jerome (Maura West) into this mess to clean it all up — just before it blows up in her face? Stay tuned for more General Hospital news and spoilers to see how this plays out.
