General Hospital Spoilers: Dex Confides In Anna, Thinks He Recognizes Jason From His Military Contractor Work?
General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will confide in Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). Even though he’s been taking Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) place in Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) organization they never met-he sees the wanted poster and thinks he looks familiar.
General Hospital Spoilers: So Familar
It seems strange that Dex has never seen a photo of Jason in all the time he’s been involved with Sonny and his family, but he hasn’t. On the other hand, he’s never had reason to be curious as to what he looks like-but now that he has seen the mug shot he realizes he’s seen him.
Dex had done military contractor and security work in the past, and that’s where he recognizes Jason from, although he never worked with him.
Dex decides he will tell Anna what he knows, and even though he just saw Jason around on various jobs he thought it might be helpful. It could help place some pieces of the puzzle to where Jason’s been and who he might be working for, and some time frames.
GH Spoilers: Working As Mercenaries?
Dex’s conversation with Anna about recognizing Jason, although not knowing him or who he was, is off the books, since he didn’t know if it would help the current situation.
Anna does share that they have forensic proof that Jason was wounded along with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and made the 911 call, and performed the initial first aid.
Dex wonders if Jason spotted a shooter coming back to finish the job and went after him-Anna says that’s something they may never know.
Anna asks if Dex will make a statement about having recognized Jason from his past contracting work, just in case it’s needed, and Dex agrees to.
Dex agrees that Jason was probably working as a mercenary, and he has worked as one too in the past-that’s how they crossed paths.
General Hospital Spoilers: Jason Morgan’s Past Few Years Are A Puzzle
Anna tells Dex if nothing else, what he knows about Jason and his past few years may give some clues to his family-and those who do care about him.
Dex’s best guess is that he’s been involved in something undercover and could not reach out to friends and family to let them know he survived. Dex has been in those kinds of situations himself, so he gets it and it probably wasn’t at Jason’s choosing.
From everything Dex has heard secondhand about Jason, he would never willingly harm either Sonny or Dante. Anna completely agrees, although she does have to be objective-they don’t know what else could have happened to Jason or what he’s endured.
