General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that after Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) encouraged Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) to go to Paris, she still won’t be comfortable.
With a once in a lifetime chance to study at the Sorbonne, now she’ll worry about Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) post-surgical recovery-he’ll tell her not to worry and go to Paris!
General Hospital Spoilers: A Waiting Game
It will be a waiting game to see whether the experimental procedure Curtis underwent will make him walk again-Dr. Martel (uncredited actor).
Even though Curtis wakes up from surgery, there needs to be time to heal to see if the procedure worked, and then if it does there will still be physical therapy.
He’ll need to learn to walk again it won’t come automatically-so when it gets back to him that Trina has this opportunity, he’ll tell her not to worry and go.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for Trina just like Curtis’ experimental surgery is a once in a lifetime opportunity for him. Curtis isn’t about to let her miss it just waiting to see if his procedure worked or not-there are plenty of family to support him.
GH Spoilers: Curtis Ashford Continues To Encourage His Daughter
Curtis continues to encourage his daughter to go to Paris, and he fully supports Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) going with her.
He sees Spencer in a different way than most of the family, having seen his protectiveness in Greenland and how he risked his life for her.
She had no business following him onto the Haunted Star but she did, and Curtis can see their true bond and protection of each other.
Her mother may disagree, and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) still doesn’t like Spencer-she thinks he’s an entitled rich boy who can’t possibly fit into their world. But Curtis has encouraged the relationship seeing how much Spencer truly loves Trina.
General Hospital Spoilers: Trina Robinson Finally Accepts Her Father’s Urgings
Trina finally accepts her father’s urgings and encouragement and agrees to go to Paris, Spencer going with her. Curtis feels Spencer will continue to protect Trina if protection is needed, and besides, he went to school in France and she’s never been there.
Spencer can be her tour guide, protector and encourager while they’re abroad, and Curtis will be okay.
He tries to alleviate his family’s fears as he has accepted that the surgery may not have worked, but time will tell if it did. Curtis’ nerves have to regenerate and that will take some time.
