General Hospital Spoilers: Carly Walks Away with Wiley, Willow, Sonny — and Ava?
General Hospital spoilers reveal Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) are a match made in Heaven. These two women share a bond that not many can relate to — both know what it’s like to handle a crisis and live in a world where danger is always on the horizon. Beyond that, they have something else in common: their children. When Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) sought to destroy his father, he knew dismantling his criminal empire was the perfect way to pain him and get back at him for all the hurt he has caused his family.
As Michael’s plan comes to fruition, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) may stand to lose it all — that is, unless Carly and Ava join forces to save his mafia enterprise, much to Michael’s dismay. As they join forces, these two might find out they don’t hate each other as much as they thought — and that’s going to leave Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) bitterly devastated.

How can we not raise eyebrows at Nina’s version of Sonny? Yes, she may have been safeguarded from Sonny’s dark side, thanks to his amnesia, but she knew about his true identity as a mobster and chose to lie to herself about it. Now, when Sonny is thrown in lock-up, Nina might think she’s competent enough to handle the shifty characters he works with and keep his business afloat. She couldn’t be more wrong. This is a job for Carly, and Ava will be quick to relay that to Nina.
GH Spoilers Hint Nina is Always on the Losing End
Nina just doesn’t fit in this inner circle of Sonny’s world. Carly’s words may hit harder than Nina expects, and it looks like she may end up on the outside looking in. She won’t be able to help feeling like she’s destined to lose out no matter what she does. She never learned Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) was her daughter until it was too late — and she’ll forever blame Carly for that. Then she lost Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver), to which she credits much of Carly’s influence, just as she does with Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen). Could Carly really be behind all of this — pulling everyone’s strings like a master puppeteer?

Ever since Sonny and Nina first hooked up on the heels of Carly and Sonny parting ways, Nina has wondered whether he was really over his ex-wife. Watching him run to her rescue when she was questioned by the SEC left Nina wondering if he would do the same for her.
