General Hospital Spoilers: Can ‘Vanna’ Survive Charlotte When Anna Discovers Valentin’s Secrets?
General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) relationship may not survive.
Valentin’s been keeping too many secrets about Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) and what he knows about her mission against Anna!
General Hospital Spoilers: Charlotte Cassadine, Arsonist?
Valentin already knows that Charlotte was seen entering and leaving Anna’s Metro Court suite, which Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) also knows, the night it was vandalized.
Instead of warning Anna about Charlotte, he didn’t trust her with the information and had Nina delete the footage.
He suspects Charlotte also committed the arson that burned Anna’s townhouse to the ground, terrorizing Anna and taking away her sense of security.
Valentin’s overprotection of Charlotte threatens his protection of Anna-he can’t have it both ways; and when Anna inevitably finds out Valentin’s secrets, it may be because she must defend herself.
Anna may be forced to use a gun against Valentin’s daughter, although she surely wouldn’t shoot to kill, especially not if she senses Charlotte’s programmed!
GH Spoilers: Charlotte Cassadine Has Become A Danger
Valentin has realized Charlotte is troubled, and is afraid of losing him and thinks she has to protect him from Anna, having been coached by Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy).
e has shared his fears and what he knows with Charlotte’s grandmother and step grandfather Laura and Kevin Collins (Genie Francis, Jon Lindstrom).
Charlotte did consent to a counseling session with Charlotte, and shared his results with Valentin and also with Laura, although he didn’t divulge anything Charlotte told him.
But what Valentin doesn’t realize is by overprotecting Anna by not telling her about the threat of Charlotte is he’s putting her in more danger, and not protecting her.
Anna has been afraid of an unknown enemy, and one cannot protect themselves from something and someone unknown; it’s like taking shots in the dark.
General Hospital Spoilers: Charlotte Cassadine Is Also In Potential Danger
By not telling Anna and being forthcoming with her about Charlotte’s problems, Valentin is not only putting Anna in danger from Charlotte, but potentially putting Charlotte in danger from Anna!
Anna is not one to shoot first and ask questions later, normally, but the fear from the unknown threat and of the unknown puts her off her game.
Anna is in such a state that she could be shooting at shadows, and Charlotte could be that shadow-and if she were to shoot Charlotte, Valentin could never forgive her.
Indeed, Anna would have a hard time forgiving herself-and to think the whole tragic situation could have been avoided with proper communication. Valentin needs to tell Anna and warn her about Charlotte before something tragic happens, and man up!
