General Hospital Spoilers: Ava’s Pushed Too Far, Will She Risk Her Redemption?
General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Ava Jerome (Maura West) is pushed too far-will she risk her redemption? Just because Ava’s been on the straight and narrow for a while and out of the mob, doesn’t mean she’s forgotten her roots!
General Hospital Spoilers: Back Against The Wall
People don’t want to mess with Ava when she’s got her back against the wall, and pity the person who gets her to that point, they are playing with fire. Ava may not be a gun totin’ mob moll anymore, but she remembers where she came from-it hasn’t been that many years since she shot Kate Howard (Kelly Sullivan). She shot Kate, also known as Connie Falconeri to keep her from exposing Derek Wells’ true identity, who was her brother Julian Jerome (William DeVry) in witness protection.
This time it’s Austin Gatlin-Holt’s (Roger Howarth) strange and scary cousin, Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) who gets Ava’s hackles up, and she’s determined to prove he’s stalking her. She got into a verbal confrontation after he denied he was at the Quartermaine charity picnic when she was attacked by The Hook and now he’s following her.
GH Spoilers: Angry Accusations
Ava has slung some angry accusations at Mason and she can tell she’s getting under his skin with her suspicions. In spite of Diane Miller’s (Carolyn Hennesy) identification of The Hook as a woman, Ava thinks when she was attacked it was originally a man. Mason in fact had been following Ava at the picnic-convinced she’d overheard information she shouldn’t about the family business and “the boss”.
Austin followed him part of the way but lost him somewhere in the thick woods around the Quartermaine estate, although they returned together. Since Ava was attacked from behind, and the hook went in the front, there wouldn’t have been any blood spray for the attacker to clean off him or herself.
General Hospital Spoilers: This Is Getting Old-Ava Jerome Gets A Gun
Ava feels like seeing Mason everywhere she goes is getting pretty old by now, and she returns to carrying a gun. It’s a good idea anyway with the Hook still on the loose and unidentified. Ava has had security ramped up and extra cameras installed both at her art gallery and at Wyndemere, where she’s in the process of moving into.
Ava has not faced any criminal charges in many years, but now she’s willing to risk her redemption and take Mason out if she has to. She is not putting up with this weirdo any longer, and she’s prepared to fight.
