General Hospital spoilers tease that Ava Jerome (Maura West) had almost become a respected member of the Port Charles community until recently. Of course, no one has forgotten all the terrible things Ava did the first few years she came to town.
She killed Connie Falconeri (last played by Megan Ward) in cold blood and was indirectly responsible for the death of Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig).
But when her daughter Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) was murdered, Ava began to soften a bit. She even found love with Nikolas Cassadine (last played by Adam Huss).
General Hospital Spoilers – Ava Jerome has lost almost everyone!
Ava and Nikolas tried to make their marriage work, but it wasn’t meant to be. Nikolas ended up going to prison and Ava moved in with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) when he life was seemingly threatened.
But Ava really enjoyed being in Sonny’s orbit and not just because they share a daughter, Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola). To that end, she manipulated her best friend, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) into ending her marriage to Sonny.
But Nina realized Ava had been playing and she ended their friendship for good.
GH Spoilers – Trina Robinson has been like a second daughter to Ava Jerome
Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) became Ava’s intern at her gallery. Over time, the two formed more than just a business relationship. Ava became almost like a second mother to Trina.
And Ava truly began to feel the same way about Trina. They’ve continued to work together at the gallery for years now. And when Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) died, Ava gave Trina a safe space to mourn. But their relationship seems about to change.

Ava asked Trina to take advantage of her friendship with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) in order to find out any damaging information she could find about Sonny, who seems prepped to file for sole custody of Avery.
Trina told Ava that she couldn’t help her but Ava persisted. Trina later told Josslyn that Ava seemed to be like the evil woman that Spencer always told her Ava was. If Ava continues to encourage Trina to basically spy on her best friend, then Trina will be the next person to walk out of Ava’s life.
