General Hospital spoilers reveal Anna getting a shock right after Victor’s will reading. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has had quite a rough six months on the run from the law and from an outlaw, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy). But, she did what she had to do and is finally dead. She is proud of all that was accomplished in Greenland, especially bringing back Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) so she could give her bone marrow to the perpetually dying Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).
However, Victor makes sure to deliver a cryptic message in a video at his will reading telling her the truth will come out and that truth has to do with her life as a double agent for the DVX.
General Hospital Spoilers: Anna’s In Trouble With The Law Again
“She feels that it’s such water under the bridge,” Finola Hughes said in the June 5, 2023, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “And not only is it water under the bridge, but it’s something that people within the Bureau were aware of…so I think Anna feels that there’s an understanding there.”
Well, Anna is about to find out she is very wrong when the WSB tracks her down to the Metro Court after the will reading and arrests her. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) are both there when it happens and Nina is thanking her for helping bring that bone marrow back to Port Charles for Willow.
GH Spoilers: Curtis Moves Back In
“She asks the agent why she’s being arrested,” Hughes said.”He won’t discuss it…It’s pretty quick and actually very cold. Anna doesn’t want to cause a scene and she doesn’t want to get Sonny involved, so she realizes she has to go with him.”
When she learns what the WSB has on her, she realizes that she might have to turn to Sonny for help once again. Didn’t she just get out of one of Sonny’s safehouses? And what did she do? Will the audience find out soon?
“[It’s] a very interesting twist,” Hughes told Digest. “And very intense.”
Well, that does sound intriguing so are we about to get Vanna on the run again? Stay tuned to General Hospital weekdays to see how these stories play out.
