GH spoilers reveal that one must-see moment next week features Harmony. As fans recently witnessed, Harmony had a plan to get rid of Brendon Byrne (Josh Coxx). However, Harmony’s problems went from bad to worse. Once Brendon grabbed the syringe, he connected the dots. The two ended up getting into a struggle, which led to Brendon falling over a cliff.
General Hospital Updates – Spirals Out of Control
Harmony’s guilt is already weighing on her. During the week of April 18, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) makes a horrifying discovery. That could be Brendon’s body. Harmony will also bond with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).
In the preview clip for Monday, Willow asks Harmony if she’s planning to go somewhere. It is teased that at one point, Harmony will consider confessing but decides against it.

General Hospital spoilers reveal that another must-see moment includes Esme. Things are looking worse for Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) has a plan but so does Esme.
Expect Esme to continue manipulating Nikolas. Right now, Nikolas and Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) are at odds. So, Nikolas will be vulnerable to Esme’s fake support and understanding. Expect Esme to make sure that Ava sees some kind of awkward interaction with Nikolas.
However, Esme reading the letters from her old nanny is important. A scene was dedicated to that for a specific reason. That might be the only person or connection that can stop Esme’s madness.
Sonny Corinthos’ Authority
One must-see moment next week puts Sonny back in the driver’s seat when it comes to the Corinthos organization. Sonny will try to reassert being the head of his territory. However, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) might have foreshadowed some dangerous scenes regarding the family business.
Sonny did share an explosive scene with Esme. With Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) continuing to struggle with the aftermath of the video and Carly’s warning after the robbery, Sonny is expected to go through some high-octane scenes. When all the story arcs come together, look forward to a massively explosive plot that changes everything.
